CBS image and reputation

Today on BNN Bloomberg TV with Jon Erlichman during¬†this interview, I looked at CBS through a corporate communications lens in light of the controversial departure of its longtime CEO. The slow and opaque way that CBS has handled this crisis is ironic coming from a media organization, and lately I note their use of obvious hackneyed holding lines such as “…takes these allegations very seriously…”¬†
