“Communicating with social media to make corruption obsolete: applying the technology of transparent times to inspire informed citizens” is the theme of this presentation which I delivered at Hong Kong today to the 2015 Symposium of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
This wasn’t my first time speaking at ICAC; I also addressed their 2011 meeting. Hong Kong is a respected jurisdiction when it comes to combating corruption, and there are many lessons to learn from their experience at this excellent event which attracts hundreds of experts in the field from around the world.
