Featured by Twitter in their ‘Tweets from the Top’
I was delighted to be featured by Twitter in their recent ‘Tweets from the Top’ book series.
Twitter also prepared a bound paper hardcopy book, which I found charmingly retro especially as they distributed it via direct mail with personalized cover letters.
It is smart communication that makes an impression; after all, who expects ‘digital’ Twitter to use such ‘analog’ stakeholder relationship management methods?
It’s another example of how the point of highest impact for online media is often where it connects with people offline.
